At Bambino's, we prioritize your satisfaction, ensuring a hassle-free experience with our 14-day exchange policy. To qualify for an exchange or return, kindly adhere to the following guidelines:

Timeline: Initiate exchanges or returns within 14 days from the purchase date.

Refund Process: Upon a successful return, we commit to processing your refund within 7 working days, credited through the original payment method.

Important Notice: If returned items do not meet the specified conditions, we will not issue a refund. Additionally, we will not be responsible for the shipping charges incurred during the return. Please carefully consider these conditions before initiating a return.

Bambino’s Replacement Policy

At Bambino’s, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience for our customers.

 


1. Replacement Time Window

 

  • Replacement must be initiated within 14 days from the purchase date.


2. Valid Reasons for Replacement

Replacements are allowed in all cases, including:

  • Damaged items
  • Defective items
  • Wrong size sent
  • Wrong article sent
  • Size issues (even if the customer ordered the wrong size)


3. Condition of Item

To be eligible for replacement:

  • The item must be unused and unwashed
  • Original tags must be intact


4. Proof Requirement

Customers may provide any of the following for replacement approval:

  • Clear pictures
  • Unboxing video
  • Both pictures and unboxing video
  • Proof may also be reviewed case-by-case

 

5. Replacement Delivery Charges

  • A replacement charge of 400 PKR applies for all replacements
  • Delivery charges are paid by the customer
  • In certain cases, Bambino’s may offer free replacement at its discretion

 

6. If Same Item or Size Is Not Available

If the requested item or size is unavailable, the customer may:

  • Choose another item of equal value
  • Pay the difference for a higher-value item
  • Receive store credit
  • Opt for a refund

 

7. Sale & Discounted Items

  • Replacement is allowed on sale and discounted items

 

8. Return & Exchange Method

  • Mostly, Bambino’s arranges the pickup and delivers the exchanged product
  • In some cases, customers may be requested to send the item back themselves

 

9. Important Notes

  • Bambino’s reserves the right to approve or decline a replacement request after review
  • Requests not meeting the above conditions may not be entertained
